Kurdish KDE translations are not pulled from KDE SVN

Binary package hint: language-pack-kde-ku-base

The Kurdish (ku) translations in Ubuntu are all being pulled from Launchpad and not from the KDE SVN. However there are now upstream translations in the branch STABLE as well as in TRUNK and KDE4-TRUNK.

We are doing KDE 4 translations mostly in KDE SVN, so it should be ensured that these translations get included into Ubuntu 8.04.

I just realized that this was actually the reason for bug # 132228 (Korean and Japanese translations in Kurdish language packs).

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

We still have some Korean translations mixed into the Kurdish ones, but we can close this bug as resolved.
