Partial translations after upgrade language-pack-kde package

Bug Description

After the upgrade of the language-pack-kde packages, KDE's translations are "broken" in my Kubuntu Dapper.

Now, i've some parts in spanish (my default language) and others in english.

The trouble has been after the upgrade with date of 7 of july. I don't know very sure if it affects only to language-pack-kde package or to kde-i18n also.

Same here, with spanish i18n, i.e., konqueror tolbar items are 'Dirección' (ok), 'Edit' (must be Edición or Editar), 'View' (ver), Bookmarks (marcadores) and so on. Kicker menu is also in english.

Fixed. Reinstalling the language packages and reconfiguring the language settings to spanish all returns to the normal way.
I don know what have happened with this matter.
