Please update ja translations in precise

I'd like to request a language pack update for ja in precise.

The reason for this request is the following:

- There is wrong placeholder for update-manager[1].
- Therefore update-notifier failed to notify of "Upgrade Available"

According to Japanese LoCo discussion[1], there seems a problematic translation[2] in current langpack.

Correct placeholder is "%(version)s" but it misses last "s" in the current released langpack. We seems to need Japanese langpack update for precise.

I checked by 1:12.04+20140806. in https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-langpack/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/,
it seems that the bug is fixed.

I installed precise-proposed 1:12.04+20140813, there is no problem on exec
/usr/lib/update-manager/check-new-release-gtk.

It has been confirmed already, but new package doesn't move to update
pocket yet.
