package language-pack-gnome-ru-base (not installed) failed to downgrade: try to rewrite «/usr/share/locale-langpack/ru/LC_MESSAGES/transmission.mo», which is already exist in the package language-pack-ru-base 1:10.04+20110931

1. ~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS
Release: 10.04
2. All the language packs becomes 1:10.04+20110931, wanted previous version.
3. Rolling back to 1:10.04+20100714, been works correct in Firefox.
4. Not all the packages agrees to downgrade, I see part "Unauthorized packages" with the several blank fields in the confirmation form of Synaptic before an error.

This is a try to repair the russian interface localization after downgrade/fix version of Firefox (3.6.24), by handy rolling back the language packs upgrades. Still not successful.
Let you tell to Mozilla that they is not right!
