Bug Description

If I turn NumLock on in Oneiric's login screen, an exclamation mark appears telling me that Caps Lock is activated. This mark also (correctly) appear when Caps Lock is activated. I'm using a Brazilian Portuguese ABNT-2 standard keyboard.

It seems that it's an issue in GtkEntry. All applications that set "caps-lock-warning" property get this behaviour.

"Num Lock is on" is translated "A tecla Caps Lock está ativa" in that locale
