kashmiri language keyboard input for arabic script not available

Hi,

There is no keyboard input support for kashmiri language.
I have recently written a keyboard file for fedora and would be happy to write one for ubuntu as well, if someone guides me about the format.

As kasmiri language is now supported I mark as Invalid

Thanks for doing it. Can we now use it just like a regular english keyboard?
What else is required to include the language support?
