Bug Description

Binary package hint: gedit

I am using the British English version of gedit.

When I am trying to save files using FTP over gnome-vfs, it fails with the message "%s is not a valid location. Please check that you typed the location correctly and try again."

This appears to be a problem associated with the translation of the program, but oddly SFTP works fine and saves files as usual.

I am using Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04), gedit 2.26.1.
