French translation error

Bug Description

When trying to paste a physical link that crosses a partition boundary, the error message reads:

Une erreur s’est produite :
ln: création d'un lien direct de «...somefilepath...» vers «...someotherfilepath...»: Lien croisé de périphéque invalide

But should be instead:

Une erreur s’est produite :
ln: création d'un lien direct de « ...somefilepath... » vers « ...someotherfilepath... » : Lien croisé de périphérique invalide

Three errors are present:
a) French guillemets («») require spaces (non-breaking spaces)
b) French colon (also semi-colon, question and exclamation marks) requires a space (non-breaking space)
c) "périphéque" is a misspelling of "périphérique"
