With en-GB, the title of a page is:
Page title-Mozilla Firefox
(Note the absence of space around the -)
With other language packs, the title of a page is:
Page title - Mozilla Firefox
The same happens with the view source title bar. This becomes:

Other en* language packs installed by Ubuntu, and the en-GB language pack by Mozilla show the correct title.
Step to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to menu Tools > Add-ons > Languages
3. Disable all language packs expect en-GB
4. Restart Firefox
5. Observe the language pack is used, by Help > About
