Addition of Na'vi Language

I would like to add the Na'vi language, I have created a locale and filed a bug upstream with glibc to get it included, in the mean time i was hoping we could include this as a patch (similar to klingon) and we could get started working on translations as glibc could take a long time. The bug report for glibc is located:

Has anyone looked at the bug? nothing seems to be happening.

I'd much rather see this land upstream first. Experience with previous Ubuntu-specific locale additions has suggested that it tends to be a fair amount of work to keep everything merged.

Ah I see, I fear glibc won't add it (as they didn't with klingon as far as I can see though they should respond soon, perhaps i could see if any of the glibc team have seen my upstream bug post.

There's no such code.

Also, requesting WONTFIX for similar reasons as 12624.

They said they will not add it (click on the upstream bug to see). Possibly a downstream patch such as the one you use for the klingon translation?

This requires adding Na'vi to ISO-639 first, so that this gets an official code.
