sync Catalan locales with Debian

This patch syncs Catalan locales with the ones in Debian, which include a few worthy improvements/bugfixes.

Roughly:

 - Add Euro support to ca_FR and ca_AD.
 - Remove ca_FR@euro and ca_AD@euro, since these won't be accepted in upstream.
 - Add ca_IT.
 - List them all in SUPPORTED file.
