clock-applet always starts weeks on Sunday

Bug Description

In evolution, I can see the months starting on Monday (because I've selected it
in preferences dialog at evolution), but when I click on clock applet at gnome
panel I get the month starting on Sunday.

no there is no real bug here. Either the mailer has an extra feature or the
applet lack one feature, no real issue.

Let me to not be in agree with you, since evolution and clock-applet are
depencies of ubuntu-desktop, and included into the CD; I guess that this is a
l10n blocker bug for countries that doesn't starts weeks on Sunday.

the week start is dependend of the locale and should be automatically set
correctly without using this setting.

I know but i'm in es_ES but weeks starts on sunday :S (just in the clock
applet;; in evolution they starts on monday)
