Bug Description
Binary package hint: landscape-client
When running dpkg-reconfigure landscape-client, account details should be only conditionally set. A new debconf question should be added which asks the user if they'd like to (re)register.

account details are now conditionally set - they will only be updated if the user changes away from the current setting. This was fixed in Bug #941948.
Note that an extra debconf question was not needed.
