Bug Description

humanity-icon-theme 0.6.1, Ubuntu 12.10

In System Settings, several of the icons are mostly circular. Unfortunately, the size of these circles -- and the darkness of their shadows -- varies by up to 20%, making the spacing of the window as a whole look uneven.

In particular:
* "Details" is based on a circle 44 px in diameter
* "Landscape Management" is 48 px in diameter
* "Privacy" is based on a circle 42 px in diameter
* "Time & Date" is a circle 44 px in diameter
* "Universal Access" is only 40 px in diameter.

Related to this, they vary in shadow: "Time & Date" has a dark grey shadow, "Details" has a medium grey shadow, "Privacy" and "Universal Access" have light grey shadows, and "Landscape Management" has no shadow at all, because the circle is already taking up the full space.

All the circular or mostly-circular icons should be the same diameter, and their shadows should be the same.

This is because we are seeing several different icon themes in that window.
"Details" & "Universal Access" - from Humanity.
* "Landscape Management" - from Landscape client.
* "Privacy" & "Time & Date" - from Gnome Icon theme

While one could argue that all the icons could be created and included in Humanity, this is not likely to happen. With the prospects/rumours of a new icon-theme/design style for the default Ubuntu, Humanity development has not made progress and it is less likely for new icons to be created. Humanity is currently in maintenance-only mode for major issues which break the OS.
