* control (Standards-Version): Updated to 3.7.2.
* control (Description): Added upstream URL.
* rules.in (%): Declare ${DEBIAN_DIR}.
* variables: Use it, to include "COPYRIGHT" in ePerl auto-generated files
located in a "debian/" subdirectory.
* rules.in (fixperms): New variable. The command used to canonicalize

(clean): Use "$(fixperms)" to canonicalize permissions after cleaning.
