This has been broken since December 2020 when ukui-settings-daemon 3 was uploaded to Ubuntu and dropped ukui-settings-daemon-dev.

Hi, archive team, please remove kylin-greeter from Kinetic, it's replaced by ukui-greeter and no longer needed and maintained.

kylin-greeter has been removed from kinetic per bug #1983369 because it is incompatible with gnome-desktop 43.
