18.04 beta1 20180306
  [Details]
The user's icon is off-center when starting the system without the monitor.
  [Test Case]
1.restart the machine and pull out the monitor
2.wait several minutes
3.plug into the monitor
Expected Result: The user's icon is in the central.
Actual Result: The user's icon is off-center.
