Bug Description
I don't know if it is intentional but tiling windows wont change their stored "minimized" size. When trying to move or resize a tiled window it reverts back to it's previous state and can move the window. This behaviour doesn't seem natural or user friendly.
I'm using Kubuntu 15.04 with recent updates (though I have kept my 14.04 ~/.kde folder).
To test move a minimized test window to middle of the screen and resize to arbitrary size (exaggerate to make test clear).
Then drag it to side of the screen to make a half screen window.
Resize horizontally by dragging the middle vertical border.
The vertical size is reverted back to previous state. if you move the window both dimensions are reset.
