  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0, no changes required.
  * Drop the man page, which is outdated, and contains no useful information.
  * Drop the migration from kwave-dbg, no more needed after two Debian stable
    releases.
