Bug Description
I was able to disable KWallet from KDE systemsettings in previous versions of Kubuntu, but now I can't find this entry. When launch KWallet (kwalletmanager) as superuser or normal user, I can disable it from KWallet settings. But KWallet gets worse, it continues requesting to be used for example in wifi connection, and if I try to open it again, KWallet freezes (I need kill the app).
