Bug Description

I'm running Kubuntu 19.04 (No backports or anything), just vanilla.

Kde wallet started asking me for passwords recently for seemingly no reason, and doesn't really function anymore (Everything asks me for passwords now).

When I try and open it, it crashes saying "kwalletd5 has closed unexpectedly" Purging kdewallet* and reinstalling didn't fix the issue (Autoclean and autoremove were run), no luck there.

Here is the backtrace:

Application: kwalletd5 (kwalletd5), signal: Aborted
