Not forced to install vpnc upon installing kvpnc

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kvpnc

vpnc is recommended by kvpnc, however in order to connect to a cisco vpn you are required to install vpnc.
vpnc should be installed upon selecting kvpnc in adept

Formally depends is wrong, and recommends is right.

Maybe

Depends vpnc | openvpn | ...

or kvpnc-cisco pkg?

is a better compromise? bugs.debian.org contains surely
also some reports about depends/recommends ;)

vpnc was never recommended by kvpnc package (in distribution term). It is a suggests. As allee suggested, kvpnc-x packages that brings related depends can be done.
