Bug Description
I'm running Kupfer 207 following a download direct from the project page yesterday. However I think I've experienced this with various versions of Kupfer.
I have Kupfer running fine in general. It responds to the keyboard shortcut to appear, and can handle typed commands.
However, when I choose 'Preferences' from the drop-down menu in order to configure plugins etc. nothing appears. I've discovered that the Preferences window is behind all other windows.
A fairly simple workaround is to find the preferences window in your launcher/taskbar or use the System>W Keyboard shortcut (on my version of Ubuntu) which allows you to see all windows, then select it to bring the window to the front.
