Upgrade fresh maverick to natty.
Background is black and bottom panel not expanded to full width

Mine wasn't black, but it didn't pick up the new 4.6 default and it was default to start with.

I couldn't recreate this, it changed from Ethais to Horos in the plasma-desktop-appletsrc config file after the first run of plasma-desktop after the upgrade. I wonder if 4.6.2 has added an upgrade method.
