Bug Description

As pointed out in a recent kubuntu-dev meeting, kubuntu developers should not be using nano to edit debian/changelog files, since it's lack of broken-syntax-highlighting can cause broken changelog files.

Using vim to directly hand edit the changelog should be discouraged. Using dch would be better. Unfortunately, dch lacks color syntax highlighting in it's current state. :)

My bad, dch by default uses nano. Setting

SELECTED_EDITOR="/usr/bin/vim"

in .selected_editor fixes that nicely, and dch then uses color highlights.

Whee!
