In Dapper Kubuntu, Kopete doesn't seem to go transparent when inactive

Bug Description

I've got my Dapper Kubuntu machine configured to apply 80% translucency to inactive windows, but the main Kopete contact window doesn't follow this behaviour. However ,the IM windows do.

This problem went away a little while ago with one of the (roughly) weekly dist-upgrades I did. I just forgot to add a comment to say so, my apologies.
