Bug Description

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

After installing Kubuntu Intrepid alpha 3, oxygen-cursor-theme was not installed, and ugly KDE 2/3 default cursor is used. oxygen-cursor-theme installs nicely when done so manually, and will instantly show up in newly launched programs like it was specified as a default.
