Bug Description

I switched from ubuntu to kubuntu by installing the kubuntu-desktop package. I
run my display at higher resolutions 1280 (or higher) and gtk based applications
such as Firefox and most Gnome applications displayed with a very tiny default
font. Perhaps a default ~/.gtkrc-2.0 default configuration file could be
included with the kubuntu-desktop and installed in all user home directories.
My ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file contains

gtk-font-name="BitStreamVeraSans 14"

A 12 point default font size may be better for most people.

This is resolved in Dapper. Feel free to reopen if you still have problems with font size in Dapper.
