Bug Description
[ Impact ]
* Many apps have broken submenus due to an outdated libappindicator.
* Updating the dependency to the newer libayatana-
[ Test Plan ]
* install dropbox, try to use submenues in the systray, doesn't work
* replace libappindicator-3-1 with libayatana-
and they work.
