If you create a hidden directory (e.x .test) at the home directory (~). Files inside this hidden directory (~/.test/*) can not be sent using drag&drop. Tested on the telegram, firefox. If the same files from the ~/.test/test.png moved to the another directory, which does not have a dot after ~ at the dir name - the file can be sent by drag and drop. The Symbol link to the dir inside also does not work (ln -sf ~/.test/test.png ~/test.png).
CASES:
