Firewalld installed, not ufw

Bug Description

Installing the kubuntu-desktop package doesn't install the Kubuntu 22.04 default firewall choice of uncomplicated firewall (ufw). Firewalld is installed instead.

The wrong firewall being installed is resulting in scripts failing that are written for the expected behaviour (ufw). Please resolve.

kubuntu-desktop installs the plasma-firewall package. The plasma-firewall package has firewalld OR ufw
as recommended packages. But firewalld is installed, not ufw.

I raised a question against the plasma-firewall package at the link below. Apparently plasma-firewall is copied from upstream Debian. So any Kubuntu specific firewall selection will need to be resolved here?
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-firewall/+question/703039

Please correct the package so that the default Kubuntu firewall choice is installed (ufw).
