Bug Description

This happens occasionally when I plug my USB-C dock to my ThinkPad X1 Yoga.

It hasn't happened recently, and I don't know how to reproduce it.

This is my dock: Cable Matters 10Gbps USB C Dock (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07PFFN219?psc=1)
