Bug Description
Firefox tries to use Adwaita-dark as a last resort when the user's GTK theme doesn't have dark mode support.
Unfortunately, due to the combination of two issues:
* The GTK Breeze theme not having dark mode support (https:/
* The Adwaita-dark theme not being installed by default on Kubuntu.
This causes a suboptimal experience when users use a dark Firefox theme but use a light Breeze theme. See https:/
Fortunately addressing the second issue is hopefully straight-forward. It'd be great if gnome-themes-extra was installed along with Firefox, so that Firefox provides proper dark theme support for Kubuntu users.
Note that other GTK applications like gnome-terminal and gtk3-widget-factory and such also assume that dark mode is available, so this might fix issues for other GTK apps too.
