Please pre-install KIO Gdrive on Kubuntu by default, or at least add it as a weak dependency.

We did install this by default for a few releases, but it proved to not be a greatly reliable experience for many people.

I would love to ship this by default, but I can't even get it to work. I have filed https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=481887 and we'll see if we can't get this fixed.
