Bug Description
Please add "Software & Updates" application to Kubuntu, as KDE Plasma does not contain some options like additional drivers.

I think this is available already? In System Settings, under the Hardware section, choose Driver Manager. There's a button labeled "Relaunch Driver Manager" that will open it.
