At the moment this is not possible. The addition would require fuse3 on the Kubuntu ISO, which causes the ISO build to fail due to Ubuntu ISO build system still requiring fuse2 be installed.

Adding kio-fuse to the Kubuntu seed causes the livefs build to fail with:

fuse and fuse3 debs both provide the files:

/bin/fusermount
/etc/fuse.conf
/sbin/mount.fuse
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/fuse
/usr/share/man/man8/mount.fuse.8.gz

Someday fuse3 will replace fuse, so let's leave this opens until that day.
