Bug Description

I have two monitors. One connect to VGA and a second one connected to HDMI. The HDMI monitor takes much longer to resume.

hans@gandalf:~> xrandr --listmonitors
Monitors: 2
 0: +*VGA1 1280/376x1024/301+0+0 VGA1
 1: +HDMI2 1920/509x1080/286+1280+0 HDMI2

I have "Screen Energy Saving" enabled. I also have the same background in both monitors and panel on each monitor.

When my monitors return from energy saving state, the menubar of the HDMI2 monitor is missing. Also the background image is gone. Note, that I can still use the second monitor.

To recover the second panel I have to kill plasmashell and restart it.
Note, that the applications keep their loation on the screen. So, a application visible on HDM2 stays on HDMI2. But if it is maximized, it will maximize over the space, that has now been freed by plasmashell.

I can provide a strace output for the attached console output below, if needed.
