Bug Description
Ways to reproduce bug:
1) Log in to a session that uses the GTK engine for themes (Gnome Flashback, Unity, etc.).
2) Change the theme to the desired theme. Change the icon set.
3) Log out, and log back in to a KDE session.
4) Log out, and log back in to a session that uses the GTK engine.
Effects of the bug: (In a nutshell, KDE settings are "sticky")
Theme changes to KDE's default theme in gnome sessions, and to change them, one can't use gnome-control-
