application focus always wrong after upgrade to 12.04

Hi,

I ran into a very strange bug after upgrade to 12.04 . When I log into KDE, the focus is ALWAYS wrong. It's not easy to describe the situation. Let me state some use cases. When I press Alt+F2, the execution bar shows, but I can't type into the bar (I type, but the words won't show in the bar). But after I move the mouse to somewhere else, suddenly the words are showing in the bar! Another one, after I open the terminal (press enter key and move the mouse at the same time, then wait for luck), again I can't type into the terminal. But after I move my mouse elsewhere(e.g. the taskbar) and make a couple click, suddenly the words I just typed are showing in the terminal. And also, I can't control the system with the taskbar, that disappears and reappears randomly....

It's really difficult to get the dmesg or other information. If you need other information please tell me what to do. This bug have made the system unusable at all.
