Bug Description

lubuntu-installer-prompt was written first as a simple prototype for a "Try or Install" screen when booting the live Lubuntu ISO. This was forked for Kubuntu, and two separate source packages have been maintained with some code duplication.

These two binary packages need to be merged into one source package during the OO cycle.
