Disk & filesystems doesnt exist (Hardware)

Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs

Located in hardware/C/hardware.xml:93(para)

This utility is not installed by default in Karmic. You have to install the kdeutils package, after this the equivalent of Disk & filesystems entry will apear in kickof -> programs -> system -> KDiskFree
