In the second sentence there is a different from the official documentation of Ubuntu Hardy Heron[2]: Instead of 'to' in the kubuntu-docs package[1] there is 'of'. I think this is a mistake.

thanks for reporting this, i have confirmed it and have assigned myself to work on solving this for Lucid or perhaps an update of the kubuntu-docs package in karmic
