References to qt.nokia.com in entities document need to be fixed

Bug Description

qt.nokia.com is no longer the maintained location of QT and needs to be changed to http://qt.digia.com/ including the download links.

update global.ent found in libs/ a part of the kubuntu-docs package

Ok so not all the elements need to be updated, will need to maintain a list...

So far:
docs.qt.nokia.com still exists and is updated

http://blog.qt.digia.com/ is the new home for the blog but the reference is too a blog post that doesn't exist, need to delete it
