Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

While running the live environment and the installed desktop in a virtualbox guest with a resolution of 800x600, the panel at the bottom of the screen never is displayed. See attached screenshot. Larger desktop resolutions don't reproduce the issue, but 800x600 is the maximum display for virtualbox until the guest utilities are installed.
