Bug Description

Set date and time automatically (NTP) is not enabled in System Settings by default.

Fresh install of Kubuntu Intrepid.

NTP syncs will be done everytime network-manager successfully established a connection, so having it set in KDE as well doesn't make very much sense unless you need to do uberprecise time measurement ;-)
