Bug Description

Include, into kde-systemsettings (and remove from K Menu), apps like as:
→ desktop-effects-kde
→ jockey-kde
→ kinfocenter
→ "software-sources" module of adept_manager

Unrelated to kubuntu-default-settings.

Also:
Kinfocenter is not a settings application. jockey-kde is work-in-progress, if that succeeds software sources is only a matter of time.
