Bug Description
In KDE Plasma I expected to have the swipe down gesture to have my list of programs opened, but nothing happens - so how am i supposed to use it in any way as there is no other kind of starter/launcher

This is actually a KWin issue. I'm not sure if a bug has been filed against that.
