Hello and thanks for the bug report. I don't believe this is a security issue but JournalErrors.txt contains personal information (account names and email addresses) so I'm going to remove the security tag while keeping the bug private.

I can't make it a private, non-security bug as Launchpad warns that there will be nobody with permissions to view the bug. However, I've subscribed ~kubuntu-dev in hopes that they'll be able to take a look.
