Bug Description

Process:
- Install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (from live USB)
- Reboot under the fresh install
- Install aptitude
- Update + upgrade through aptitude
- Reboot
- Install kubuntu-desktop (and related packages)

Expected behavior: install packages.
Actual behavior: display a notification during the installation, stating its inability to install kde-config-telepathy-accounts.

Closing browsers and deactivating Internet connection does not appear to change anything. It is still unable to change the file (I tried with aptitude install and reinstall).
