I'm removing the account-plugins package from this bug. While it's indeed true that we are shipping that file, we have been doing that since well before the KDE account plugins package, and we are not going to change it.

The bug should be fixed in the KDE account plugins package.

And it can not install other programs later.
For every installation and upgrade requires running the command.

Desinstalei o kde-telepathy e desmarquei o pacote kde-config-telepathy-accounts via synaptic.

Assim o apt-get volta a funcionar corretamente.
